Golf

Member of staff i/c: Mr P Sperring
The college golf team plays fixtures in the first half of the Michaelmas and Summer terms. Home matches are played at East Brighton Golf Club - a mature and challenging James Braid designed course with spectacular views of the South Downs. The college enters the HMC Foursomes and ISGA knockout tournaments each year, as well as the ISGA Cup and the West Sussex Golf Club Schools Invitational (Michaelmas Term). Matches in the summer term are played against local schools. At Brighton College we also offer all pupils the opportunity to sign up for golf as an activity in the Michaelmas and Summer Terms, which is run by an East Brighton Golf Club professional (including etiquette lessons, putting, short game and long game tuition).
Last year the senior golf team took to the West Country for a golf tour, playing some of the finest links courses in the South of England - such as St Enodoc and Trevose.
