Whatever their starting point, children at the Pre-Prep become assured readers, understanding what they are reading and eager to read more. Above all, we aim to install a love of reading and books for life in every child. Right from the start the children learn an attractive handwriting style, correct grammar, spelling and punctuation. As their writing develops we help the children to balance creativity with accuracy. Poetry and drama are used extensively to help language development.
