Sharp & Fabulous!

We batted first and made 138 runs. Rory, Sam, Dan and Luther batted particularly well and kept the run-rate going. Our fielding was extremely sharp and some fabulous catches were taken by Luther, Dan, Guy and Sam who took two catches!  James made an excellent stumping and Dan clean bowled one of the Ardingly big-hitters!  There was accurate bowling from Sam Hart, Archie and Oscar. However, Ardingly had some strong batsmen and they reached a total of 179 by the end of play.  Although we didn't win this final match, we have had a really successful season and it has been a pleasure working with such an enthusiastic team.
