Parental Communication

If you have any concerns great or small or if you have any notable triumphs to report please get in touch with Mr Hawkes by phone (Mr Hawkes: (01273) 704254 / Front Office: (01273) 704200) or letter. Any events, such as bereavements, domestic upsets or change in routine should be relayed to Mr Hawkes as soon as possible.  Mr Hawkes arrives at the College each morning at 7:45 am and will respond to a phone call within 24 hours.

Absences

• Absence – It is vital that a phone call is made to Mr Hawkes (01273 704254). You need to give the name of the absentee, the dates of their absence and the reason for their absence.
   
• Off Games – It is vital that a note is written to explain why your son is off games. This should be given to the relevant tutor. If your son is going to miss a fixture then they should have informed their coach at least a week in advance.
   
• Lateness – All late boys should sign in at the Front Office and explain their lateness to Mr Mace or their tutor.  A letter or phone call to explain a lateness is also required.
