Specialist teaching

Our Third Form is taught by subject specialists. These outstanding teachers use their in-depth knowledge to help our pupils develop a love of learning.

Unique to Brighton is the nationally acclaimed 'Story of our Land' course, developed to provide pupils with a proper sense of the nation's story and of global developments. ”

Story of Our Land

Our unique 'Story of Our Land' course was entirely created and written by our teachers. It guides pupils through a coherent narrative of the past, giving them an appreciation of how history shapes the world today. Telling the story of Britain from the beginning of time, it weaves together history, philosophy, geography and religion to enable pupils to link these subjects together in a critically informed way.
