The Perfect Start

Our caring and inspiring teachers deliver a dynamic and engaging Early Years curriculum that captures a child’s imagination. Your child will embark on their own journey of discovery and adventure during their time with us.

The Nursery classroom is purpose-built, bright and spacious, with access to an eco-friendly outdoor learning area, providing a free-flow learning space for your child to explore and discover. An integral part of our Pre-Prep, our Nursery provides the perfect start before moving to one of our Reception classes.

Children in the Nursery are introduced to an inspiring, creative and fun curriculum, enhanced by a wide variety of exciting learning opportunities. Small groups allow us to really get to know your child, ensuring they receive the highest level of individual attention to encourage their learning and growth.

Our Nursery pupils can be dropped off at school from 8am. A morning filled with learning through play awaits, and it includes the perfect mix of activities, including phonics, fine motor control, numeracy, art, cooking and music.

Our extensive outdoor learning environment provides plenty of outdoor play with ride-on toys, climbing cubes, sandpits, a mud kitchen, water play and a playhouse. Delicious and nutritious hot lunches are served every day.

Many children in our Nursery are ready to spend more than just a morning with us. We offer a range of optional themed afternoon activities that are perfect for little ones who are eager to continue exploring and learning.

An afternoon of art is dedicated to creative fun and exploration of texture, shape, colour and form. Our primary French specialist teaches French, where children learn language through rhyme and movement.

Our STEAM afternoons are perfect for children interested in science, technology, engineering and maths, where they can learn through hands-on activities and experiments. Our outdoor learning afternoons provide an opportunity to learn about what surrounds us, including our local beach, and explore nature.
