Well done to the boys of Ryle House, who have now raised almost £4000 for Rockinghorse, a Brighton-based charity that has worked to provide additional resources to improve healthcare services for sick children and babies for over 50 years.
Ryle have raised money for the charity through various fundraising ventures. Their latest activity saw the whole House wake up early and head to Brighton beach for a special Ryle Rockinghorse Run. Between the whole House, the boys ran a cumulative 200 miles on the rocks, which turned out to be significantly harder than they expected. One pupil, Josh, even donned the Rocky the Rockinghorse outfit for the final mile!
The run itself raised £1400, which means that Ryle have now raised almost £4000 for Rockinghorse, their chosen house charity. With two months left to go before the summer holidays, the boys are hopeful they can hit £4000!
