With a wide range of clubs available at our school, a favourite for many of our older pupils is our Senior Art Club. Our Year 7 pupils recently received their art club sketchbooks and personalised them using paint pens. Over the course of the term we have been looking at how artists use sketchbooks and their importance in exploring ideas and materials. During the sessions we try out a variety of techniques and mediums, discover what inspires us and start to create independent projects.
