The best way to experience what life is like at Brighton College is to join us at an Open Morning, where you will have the chance to talk to pupils and teachers about what makes our school such a special place.
This year's Make a Difference Day featured a wide range of activities involving pupils and teachers from all year groups, highlighting the importance of community initiatives and social responsibility.
Year 2 pupils created gratitude cards for their heroes; Years 3 and 4 extended this warmth with ‘Happy Spring’ cards, delighting care home residents and strengthening community ties. Year 5 demonstrated the power of collective effort by combining their baking skills and companionship. They created and shared afternoon tea and games with the elderly, leaving a lasting impression of their kindness and generosity.
Our Year 7 pupils were supported in various activities, from helping at Saltdean Lido to organising shoe donations for Pelican Parcels and supporting Year 4 in various MADD-related activities. Year 8 pupils showed remarkable resilience and commitment on Make a Difference Day. They braved the weather for sponsored walks and later became sports leaders for the younger pupils, setting a shining example for their peers.
