We are thrilled to share some exciting news about two of our rising swim stars, Ethan and Danny, who proudly represented their respective nations at the XXVIII CARIFTA 2025 Aquatics Championships, bringing together over 400 elite swimmers from across 27 Caribbean nations.
Ethan was selected to compete for Trinidad and Tobago. Ethan’s performances were nothing short of exceptional, coming second in the 200m Breaststroke, third in the 50m Breaststroke and first in the 100m Breaststroke, all with new personal bests (PBs), edging out tough competitors from the Bahamas.
After a determined comeback from a broken collarbone, Danny returned to top form and was selected to represent the Cayman Islands in a highly competitive age category. Danny showed immense heart and grit, earning five long-course PBs across his events. His resilience and performance after recovery have been nothing short of inspirational.
Both Ethan and Danny showcased incredible talent, determination and sportsmanship on the regional stage. Their achievements at CARIFTA 2025 are a testament to their dedication and the bright future ahead.
