Sports Day brought the curtain down on the final day before Trinity half term, and pupils were blessed with glorious sunshine.
The energy impacted athletes and supporters all day, with exceptional performances and a constant roar of support from the stands. It was clear how much their Houses meant to the hundreds of pupils who came across to Withdean after their morning exams, and with an enormous crowd of parents and supporters, the entire stadium felt full and vibrant throughout the day.
In the team events there was a range of winners, but credit to Seldon and School House for winning the overall competitions.
The girls event in particular was extremely close, with just one point separating the top three Houses before the relays were run.
The day was capped off by a guest appearance of Pely-the-Pelican blasting down the 100m stretch!
