The Women’s Rugby World Cup comes to Brighton in September, with two matches being played at the Brighton & Hove Albion Stadium, including England versus New Zealand and Ireland versus Australia. The College will be hosting one of the teams, but we don’t know who yet!
It is all very exciting and, as part of the build-up, the U14 Girls were invited to have photographs on the seafront with the new World Cup Trophy and play T1 Touch Rugby against some local teams.
We hope this inspires the next generation of girls playing rugby at Brighton College.
