Brighton College bus service

Brighton College offers a comprehensive home to school bus service for pupils in the Prep School* (from Year 4) and Senior School (Years 7 to 13), providing services that operate to and from school and comprises 24 routes, including five express weekly boarders’ routes for Tunbridge Wells, Chichester, Clapham and Berkshire/Surrey that operate on Monday mornings and Friday evenings only, as well as daily routes that cover the Sussex area. The map below shows the broad area and routes we currently cover.

* Prep School Pupils in Years 4 and 5 must be accompanied by our Bus Monitors for the short walk from the College to and from the Prep School. Prep School Pupils in years 6, 7 and 8 have the option to be accompanied by the Bus Monitors in the mornings and evenings for the short walk to and from the Prep School, by ticking the box on the application form.

To book your seat/s on the School Bus Service for Hilary Term 2024, please complete the application form below.

Once you have completed the form, indicating your route and AM pick-up and PM drop-off points, press 'proceed'. This will take you to the Flywire Payment facility.

Make sure the relevant country or region is set (ie United Kingdom in full) and enter the amount of your chosen ticket. Complete all the relevant steps to finish your payment, making sure you add the route you require in the School Bus Service box and select 'Termly' in the Ticket Type box.

Please Note: Once you have completed the application form, you must make your payment online. Completion of application form only will not secure your seat for Hilary Term.

To allow time for the admin team to process and allocate seats during the Christmas holidays, the booking deadline is Tuesday 12 December.

So that drivers know from which stop to collect pupils, the names of the relevant pupils are given to College drivers and our partnering bus companies.
