A buzz was in the air as a swarm of little bees descended upon Year 1 for Buzzy Bee Day. In an effort to save our declining bee population, the children thought about ways to help our fuzzy friends. They created beautiful posters with many promising to send them to work with parents or stick them on their front doors to let the whole world know how important these little creatures are. We enjoyed some classic bee jokes and some glorious bee-themed art activities. Meanwhile, to celebrate World Bee Day, our catering delivered some bee-autiful cupcakes for the pupils to enjoy.
