Almost all Brighton College pupils proceed to higher education, either immediately after the summer they leave school, or after a gap year.
In January 2018, our Upper Sixth pupils received over 650 offers from Russell Group universities. This included 31 offers from Oxbridge, and 30 offers to study medicine, dentistry and veterinary sciences.
Where are our pupils studying?
The College aims to help all pupils reach the university of their choice. About 20% of our pupils are offered places at Oxford or Cambridge every year.
This year, the art department is particularly proud that a third of its A-level pupils have offers from the most prestigious courses in the country – including Edinburgh College of Art, Falmouth School of Art and Art University Bournemouth.
Looking to the future
We offer all Sixth Form pupils guidance in applying to their chosen destinations. We pride ourselves on providing close and expert support throughout the UCAS application process. This enables pupils to focus on their A-levels, making sure they never find their exciting first steps towards life beyond school a burden.
